These terms explain the basis on which you may use Still and its paid features.

Acceptance

By using Still, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please stop using the app and website.

Eligibility

  • You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for safe use of your own device and account settings.

Service scope

  • Still provides reflective wellbeing tools and pattern summaries.
  • Still is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
  • In emergencies, contact local emergency services.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Premium features may require an active App Store subscription.
  • Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple.
  • Restore purchases is available within the app.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, reverse engineer protected components, or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Do not use Still to distribute unlawful or harmful content.

Liability

Still is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct losses only.

Changes

We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change.
